Sealed

Factory wrap intact, and the code on the bottle matched against the carton before it is packed.

Sourced

Every shipment is checked against the invoice on arrival. We keep the paperwork and can name the importer.

Stocked

Nothing is drop-shipped. If it is listed, it is here, and one of us has held it.

Four checks

Run these at the door while the rider waits. If any one of them fails, hand the parcel straight back.

The cellophane
Factory wrap is tight, seams are even, and the fold at the base is machine-neat. A loose or re-glued wrap is the first tell.

The batch code
A code is printed on the bottle and stamped on the carton. Both must exist, and both must match.

The cap and the spray
The cap seats with a clean click and does not wobble. The atomiser gives a fine, even mist rather than a jet.

The weight and glass
Originals feel heavier than they look. Seams in the glass, bubbles, or a label sitting crooked are all wrong.

Our side of it

Bought through named importers
We keep the invoice for every shipment and can tell you where a bottle came from.
Sealed until you open it
Nothing is unwrapped in our hands. You break the cellophane, not us.
Paid at the door
Cash on delivery means the check happens before the money moves.
Fifteen days to return
Unopened and still sealed, we refund it without an argument.
