Who we are

The Perfume Vault is a Pakistan-based retailer of imported designer fragrances. We are not an authorised boutique or distributor for any of the houses we stock, and we do not claim to be. What we guarantee is that the fragrance is genuine, that it reaches you sealed with its batch code intact, and that you can send it back.

Prices and currency

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable tax. Prices can change without notice; the price you see when you place the order is the price that applies to it.

Placing an order

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy, not a concluded sale. We confirm it on WhatsApp before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock has run out, where a price was listed in error, or where a delivery address cannot be verified — and we will tell you why.

Stock

We keep the catalogue live rather than hiding anything that is briefly out, so an item may occasionally be unavailable after you order it. If that happens we will tell you before dispatch and you can wait for it or cancel at no cost.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. We do not process card payments and we never ask for card or PIN details — if anyone claiming to be us asks you for them, it is not us.

Product information

Fragrance notes, concentrations and descriptions are given in good faith from the manufacturer's own material and public fragrance references. Bottle photography is representative; packaging design changes between production batches without notice.

Your information

We collect only what is needed to reach you and deliver your order — name, address, phone number and, where you give it, an email address. We do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
