Where is my order?
Send your order number on WhatsApp and we will tell you where the parcel is the same day — we can see the courier's status directly.

Can I return it?
Fifteen days on anything still sealed in its factory cellophane. We arrange the pickup and refund within three working days of it reaching us.

How do I know it is real?
Every bottle arrives sealed with the batch code intact on both the bottle and the carton, and you check it at the door before paying.
