Shipping policy

We deliver to every city the major Pakistani couriers reach, which is effectively all of Pakistan.

Charges

• Free delivery on orders over Rs 3,000.
• Rs 250 flat below that.

Timing

• Lahore: 2 to 3 working days.
• Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 5 working days.

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day where we can. Orders placed after 5pm, on a Sunday, or on a public holiday go out the next working day.

Tracking

Your tracking number reaches you on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is collected. The same number that took your order will chase it.

How to pay

Two ways, and no card details are ever asked for:

• Cash on delivery. Pay the courier at your door. Open the outer box before you pay — you are only committed at that last step.
• Bank transfer. Transfer before dispatch and take 5% off the order. We send the account details on WhatsApp once you place the order.

If a parcel is late

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will chase the courier the same day.

If a parcel arrives damaged

Do not accept it. A damaged outer box is the courier's problem to solve, not yours, and we will send a replacement.
