Delivery

Sent sealed, paid at your door

Cash on delivery across Pakistan. Here is what it costs, how long it takes and what happens if something goes wrong.

Before it reaches you

How an order actually leaves.

Packed

By hand, the same evening

Bubble wrap around the carton, tissue in the gaps, tape down. Glass does not survive a careless box.

Dispatched

Most days, in one run

Orders in before 4pm usually go out that day. Everything else goes the next morning.

How it works

From order to doorstep

Four steps, and you are only committed at the last one.

  1. 01

    You order

On the site or over WhatsApp. We confirm the item is in stock before anything is dispatched.

  2. 02

    We pack it

Bottle in its sealed carton, boxed with filler so nothing moves in transit.

  3. 03

    It ships

Handed to the courier the same day where we can, next working day otherwise.

  4. 04

    You check, then pay

Open the outer box at the door. Seal intact and code matching, then pay the rider.

Timing

Lahore is usually next working day. Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi are typically two to three working days. Smaller towns run three to five.

Orders placed after 5pm, on a Sunday, or on a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Charges

Delivery is free on orders above the threshold shown at checkout. Below it, a flat courier charge applies and is displayed before you confirm.

Cash on delivery carries no extra fee.

If a parcel is late

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will chase the courier the same day. Couriers occasionally hold parcels at a local hub; we can usually get it moving with one call.

If a parcel arrives damaged

Do not accept it. Hand it back to the rider unpaid and tell us. A damaged outer box is the courier’s problem to solve, not yours, and we will send a replacement.

In short

What you can count on

  • Countrywide

Every city the major couriers reach, which is effectively all of them.

  • Cash on delivery

No advance transfer and no card details.

  • Packed to survive

Glass travels badly. We pack for the worst road, not the best.

  • One number to chase it

The same WhatsApp line that took the order tracks it.
